We have built a series of portfolio building workshops in mind for the evolving photographer. We will regularly have a new styled theme geared toward you bettering your portfolio and finally booking the clients of your dreams!
We have done all the work for you, all you have to do is show up with a positive attitude, ready to shoot!
All we require is that you have a working knowledge of your camera :)
New + Improved Creative Techniques
You will get to improve on + try new techniques. We usually say that the last place you want to be trying new things out is with a paying client… at least until you are completely comfortable with your photography skills and direction.
With our styled shoots, we encourage each of our students to try new things or practice a skill that needs some improvement. For example, one month you could practice mastering double exposure or shooting through different objects to create images that stand out. The next month you could focus on getting a variety of different angles or getting more authentic emotion out of your subjects.
Focusing on a skillset each month is going to be the most beneficial for you to be able to grow in the quickest amount of time.

I believe I can’t afford it. There are usually one of two things going on when you believe you can’t afford something. 1. You simply don’t see the value in it or 2. You have self doubt. You don’t believe that you will actually be able to make money by investing back into your business. Imagine this- if you focused on creating a portfolio that sells and you double the amount of your bookings in the upcoming months, could you afford it then?
I believe I have an awesome portfolio and I’m pretty sure I have learned everything about photography already. Please don’t fool yourself into thinking that you have learned everything there is to know. We are going on a combined learning experience of over 20 years and we are still learning. There is always something to learn. And we believe that you will get out what you put in. So even if it’s a new friend, new connections, or something that just clicks because it’s a new perspective that you have never thought of before.
I don’t believe that my portfolio is really going to get me my ideal clients that will pay me what I’m worth. Repeat after me in the photography world, people do judge a book by it’s cover so you better make your covers stand the F out! No but seriously, if you aren’t attracting the clients you want or making the kind of money you need your portfolio is that foundation fo what attracts your clients in the first place so it’s going to be the first thing we would look at before all else in your business.
I believe I’m to new or too shy for this thing- I don’t feel comfortable with posing yet. WE WERE YOU ONCE. That is why we are here to help! We won’t just leave you hanging.
